When women come together something magical happens! If you’re looking for a loving & caring space to support you on your food and body image journey this group is for you! Join us in circle on Sunday, December 3rd from 6:00 to 7:30 at Salon Kai where we will come together to connect, meditate, practice breath work, journal and the option to share will be provided. This will be a sacred space for soul nourishment, spirit support and sisterhood! Please bring a journal, pen and something comfortable to sit on (yoga mat or blanket).
